Essential reading for the perfect day spa, beauty salon experience

If you are having any of the following treatments you will be required to come to the salon up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to have a patch test carried out regardless of whether you have had the same treatment in another salon. We will not perform any of the following treatments without our patch test being completed: Boutique Brows, LVL, Tinting, Eyebrow Embroidery, CIT or IPL.

We recommend that you arrive at the salon 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time (10 minutes for regular clients) to complete any necessary consultation/registration forms. Please understand that arriving late may result in your treatment timing having to be reduced although you will still be charged at the full treatment cost. In certain circumstances your treatments will not be honoured, yet you will still be liable to pay the full cost.

Due to high demand for appointments, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel your appointment, failure to do so will incur a 50% cancellation charge. If you have booked one of our packages a minimum of 72 hours’ cancellation is required, failure to do so will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Unfortunately, “no show” appointments will be charged at the full treatment price.

If, after having your treatment/s you find there is a problem with the results, we invite you back into the salon for a maximum of 3 days from the completed treatment date to fix the problem. Anything over this time will result in repairs/re work being a chargeable service.

Gift Cards are available to purchase in store or online, they can be used towards treatments, products and courses and are non-refundable. Gift cards are valid to use for a strict 6 month period from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards will not be accepted as means of payment.

Courses are available to purchase on selected treatments with allocated discounts. All courses must be paid for in full at the time of sale and completed within the given expiry time. All courses are non-refundable or transferable. Less than 24 hours cancellation given, a 50% deduction will be charge. “No show” appointments on courses will result in treatments still being deducted from your course. All of our courses have either a 6 or 12-month expiry time. This will be discussed within your consultation.

We offer a loyalty programme for all clients to benefit from certain discounts on selected treatments. Loyalty cards are not to be transferred from one client to another.

You will benefit from a £5 discount on your next treatment when you refer new clients to us, they too will receive a £5 discount on their first treatment with us. Please ensure you have referral cards to give out, as without the cards you are unable to claim this discount.

We request that you avoid bringing young children and babies in to the salon. This is to comply with health and safety regulations and to respect the relaxing environment we aim to provide to our clientele. In unforeseeable circumstances please contact the salon.

We politely request that mobile phones are switched to silent mode in our treatment rooms and waiting areas to preserve the relaxing environment we aim to deliver.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and cash payments. The Nail and Body Boutique reserves the right to change treatments and its prices at any time without prior notice. We are unable to add staff tips to credit/debit card payments.

The Nail & Body Boutique reserves the right to request a deposit in order to secure a booking. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy. Packages will require a 50% deposit for the total cost of the party, payable at time of booking. Treatments over one and a half hours will require a 50% deposit at time of booking.
