The Nail & Body Boutique in Reigate, Surrey is a multi-award-winning nail and skincare salon. With a full team of support including salon manager, supervisor, salon assistant, Human Resource and Health & Safety team, marketing team, and our dedicated therapists and nail techs. The salon has been trading for the past 15 years, we have built a solid reputation within Reigate and are known for what we do and what we offer. Our salon offers luxury, result driven treatments in a friendly environment with beautiful surroundings and state of the art equipment. We have exciting expansion plans coming very soon.
What we offer:
Flexible Working Patterns
We understand everyone’s life is different and availability can be challenging due to personal life. Our schedule includes Full Time / Part Time / Weekdays Only / Weekends Only. Shift patterns can include:
- 10-hour shift
- 8-hour shift
- School time shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
Salary
Starting salary of £12 per hour plus 100% of tips paid directly to you along with annual appraisals which could lead to further salary increases.
Pay Advances
For any emergencies you may face during your working month we provide an advance in your wages and it’s interest free.
Commission Bonus
After a three-month probationary period, there is an option to earn extra income with our target related bonus scheme. Hourly rates can scale up to £21 per hour.
Comprehensive Training
We provide full training for all treatments and continuous development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise further. Your growth is our priority!
Loyalty Bonus
£500 bonus paid directly to you after one year of successful employment.
Referral Bonus
Earn a £250 bonus paid directly to you for each person you refer to the salon as an employee after successful completion of their three-month probationary period.

The Role of a TNBB Therapist
A minimum of 1 year beauty therapy experience, passionate about delivering faultless treatments, outstanding customer service, and the ability to retain clients with repeat re-booking. Must be organized and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Must be able to perform:
- Waxing (including intimate)
- Massage
- Tinting
- Manicure & Pedicure
- Facials (full training provided)
- Body Treatments (full training provided)
- IPL (full training provided)
- LvL (full training provided)
