Essential Information for the Perfect Salon Experience
At The Nail & Body Boutique, our priority is to provide each client with a seamless, high-quality experience. To help us maintain the highest standards of service and ensure fair access to appointments, please take a moment to review the following important policies and procedures.
Treatment Bookings
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend booking treatments in advance, particularly if you have a preferred therapist or a specific time in mind. For peak times and popular services, we suggest securing your appointment 8 to 12 weeks in advance.
Parking
While we do not have on-site parking, clients may use the parking facilities at Busy Bee’s Nursery, directly opposite The Venture Inn public house. Please ensure you leave a note in your windscreen stating: ‘At The Nail & Body Boutique’ along with your mobile number.
Cancellation Policy
Due to high demand for appointments, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
No-Shows
Missed appointments without prior notice cause significant disruption and will be charged in full. These charges will be added to your client account and must be settled before booking any future appointments.
Re-Work Policy
In the unlikely event you experience an issue with your treatment, we invite you to return to the salon within 3 days of the original appointment for a complimentary correction. Requests made after 3 days will be considered a new appointment and charged accordingly.
Patch Testing
For your safety and in compliance with industry standards, a patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to the following treatments if not received with us in the last 12 months:
- LVL Lash Lifts
- Tinting
- Semi-Permanent Brows
- IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) Treatments
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available in-salon or online and may be used for treatments, products, and courses.
- Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
- Non-refundable and non-transferable
- Lost or expired cards cannot be replaced or accepted as payment
Treatment Courses
We offer discounted course packages on selected treatments for your convenience and savings.
- Full payment is required at time of purchase (unless a Direct Debit agreement is in place)
- All courses must be used within the stated expiry period
- Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Appointments missed with less than 24 hours’ notice or “no-shows” will result in treatment deductions from your course
Direct Debits
We offer a flexible payment option for treatment courses through Direct Debit, subject to a credit check. Please enquire at reception for full details and eligibility.

We accept:
- All major credit and debit cards
- Cash payments
Please note:
- We cannot add tips to card payments
- Prices and treatment availability are subject to change without prior notice
Deposits
To secure certain appointments, a deposit may be required. Treatments exceeding 1 hour and 15 minutes will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Changes to appointments must comply with our cancellation policy to retain deposit eligibility.
